Manager – Unilink
Salary range £41-44k
We are looking for a sensational manager with operational experience to manage our prestigious Unilink Bus contract which we operate on behalf of the University of Southampton. Unilink is a bespoke bus service, so students and staff can get to work and lectures easily. The bus routes are also available for everyone to use in the wider community. Bluestar has successfully run this operation since 2008.
This role will involve:
- Managing and motivating a team of 80 drivers
- Working with a PVR of 31 buses
- Daily stakeholder engagement
This is a full-time role based at our central Southampton depot. You will be required to manage your time to cover early and late finishes.
Key skills:
- People management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Performance KPI reporting and meeting targets
- PCV Licence holder
