As our Data & Insights Manager, you’ll help us truly understand what our existing customers expect from their experience with us across all relevant touch points and come up with ideas on how to attract new customers. You’ll bring together customer and market insight to support business decisions through the management of our customer research programme as well as monitoring the external environments. You will support and enhance our CRM programme by providing insights into our digital audience and evaluating campaigns. This will help us shape and improve our customer proposition, increase customer satisfaction and run a more efficient and profitable business.
